Effective April 1, 2025, the service window hours for Cash Receipts, Utility Billing, and Business Licensing at the Service Center will change.
Starting April 1, 2025, the service windows for Cash Receipts, Utility Billing, and Business Licensing at the Service Center will offer the following new service hours:
Monday and Tuesday – 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Alternating Fridays – Closed.
Utility Billing customer service phone lines and emails continue to be available between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on alternating Fridays.
