Performance Evaluations
Performance Evaluations are administered electronically through Neogov Perform. When the evaluation is ready to begin, employees and supervisors will receive an email from Neogov with a link to complete their assigned tasks.
Performance evaluations consist of six steps:
Employee Self Evaluation
Employees rates themselves on the core competencies and provides comments.
Supervisor’s Ratings
Supervisors rates the employees on the core competencies and provides comments.
Manager’s Review
The supervisor’s manager reviews and approves the evaluation.
Delivery Meeting
Supervisors sits down with employees to deliver and discuss the evaluation.
Supervisor’s Signature
Supervisors sign the evaluations to acknowledge they were delivered. Final comments are provided (as needed).
Employee’s Signature
Employees sign their evaluations to acknowledge they were delivered. Final comments are provided (as needed).
