Supervisors’ Bootcamp is a series of 10 classes which focus on the foundations of people management. Bootcamp is cohort-based, meaning you’ll be learning alongside the same group of managers each class. Not only will you be receiving some great information and tools to help you lead your team, it will also give you the opportunity to get to know and share ideas and struggles with other managers/supervisors across the City.
This is a required program for all current and new managers/supervisors (within their first year of employment).
