You must be out of custody and off all forms of supervision (probation, parole, etc.) when you petition for removal from the sex registry.
In order to petition for removal, you must:
- Continue to register!
- Retain proof of your current registration.
- Request a tier designation letter from your local registering law enforcement agency.
- Be out of custody and off of supervision.
- File a petition for removal in the month of your birth JULY 2021 TO JUNE 2022.
