Project Overview
Replace roof and damaged decorative/structural beams on the exterior of the River Ridge Clubhouse Facility, and painting the exterior of the facility.
The facility was originally built in 1986, and the roof along with all exterior design features and structural supports have never been replaced or inspected. Replacement of the roof and support beams will help towards asset preservation and prevent future costly repairs.
Current Project Phase – Construction
This project will go out to bid May 2025 and is anticipated to go to City Council on July 29, 2025. Construction is to start in September of 2025.
