Submit a New Application
The Building Division accepts certain online applications for single-family residential projects. Once your permit application is processed, we will notify you. A valid e-mail address is required when applying for a permit. You will receive a web ID confirmation number as well as a copy of your online submittal application. The Web ID can be used to retrieve your application. Please allow up to three working days for processing, we will make every effort to process the same business day. All online submittals will be subject to a $2 per page fee added to the permit issuance. Please attach no more than 3 documents, preferable one for each print size.
