Annual Financial Reports

Each year, the City prepares an annual comprehensive financial report (ACFR). The ACFR includes several reports and financial statements including the independent auditor’s report, a list of city officials, an organizational chart, basic financial statements, a schedule of investments, and a statistical section.

Capital Improvement Program (CIP)

The Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) of the City of Oxnard was prepared by the Public Works Department, the Finance Department, and the City Manager’s Office, in conjunction with multiple other departments. The CIP provides the inventory of the City’s current and needed infrastructure, with a forecast of our construction and repair needs over a five-year period.

Annual Budget

The City’s annual budget provides the city budget for the coming fiscal year. City Council adopts the budget annually in June. The City’s fiscal year follows the established calendar (July – June). Click here to view the City’s new digital budget available online in English and Spanish.
