Single Audit Report

The Single Audit Report is an audit that includes both the financial statements and the expenditures of federal awards received by the City. This audit is legally required in any fiscal year the City meets or exceeds the expenditure threshold established by the Federal Government.

Monthly Financial Reports (Unaudited)

Listed below are reports for compliance with Government Code Section 41004, which requires regular submission of various financial reports. In Oxnard, these reports are submitted by the Chief Financial Officer pursuant to City Code Section 2-176 and Government Code Section 40802.

  • FY 2023-24 Master Fee Schedule

    Adopted by the City Council on 6/20/23, the fee sdchedule will assist the public, as well as City staff in readily locating City fees. The Adoption of this Master Fee Schedule will not supersede any previously adopted fee ordinances or resolutions, nor will it modify any existing fees.
