Community Information

December 31st, 2024, is the deadline for compliance with both SB721 and SB326 for multifamily houses, condominiums, and buildings with more than three dwelling units. Please submit copies of your Exterior Elevated Elements (EEEs) Inspection Reports to Oxnard Code Compliance via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once received, your report will be reviewed by staff and if action is required, it will be forwarded to the city Building Official. Any EEE repairs or rebuilding will require submission of plans and issuance of Building Permits before any work is undertaken. Click here for information on the Building Permitting process.
