Ventura County’s 33rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration, the longest running Juneteenth Celebration, will be held on June 15th, 2024, at Oxnard’s Downtown Plaza Park hosted by the Juneteenth Celebration of Ventura County (JCVC). The festivities are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 500 South “C” St, Oxnard, CA 93030.
