Free sand and unfilled sandbags are available at the City’s Corporate Yard for City of Oxnard residents.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, please call the office when you arrive and a staff member will bring out the empty bags. Residents will then be able to fill and transport the sandbags themselves.
