OXNARD, CA – If your property has a history of flooding, Oxnard residents and business owners can obtain free sand and sand bags at the City of Oxnard Corporate Yard. Remember: taking sand from the beach is illegal and can result in a fine. Residents are encouraged to call (805) 385-7950 to schedule an appointment to pick up sandbags at the Corporate Yard.
