Oxnard’s Water Division ensures that a Water Distribution Operator is on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergencies, assuring customers a safe and constant drinking water supply. These operators are available to respond for:
- Meter turn-on/turn-off requests
- Dirty Water
- Meter Leaks
- Main breaks
- Hit Hydrants
- Pressure Problems
To report a water problem during regular business hours, please contact (805) 385-8136 and your call will immediately be dispatched to the operator on duty on your behalf. If you experience an issue after hours, please call the Standby Phone number at (805) 207-0603
When reporting a water problem, please be prepared to report the following:
- Address or location of your service request
- Your name and phone number for the operator to contact you if they cannot locate the problem
